2. Visiting this website
When you open this website, the server of our hosting provider automatically records technical data that your browser sends, for example your IP address, the date and time of your visit, the page you open and the browser you use. This is needed to show you the website and to keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working and safe website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Request and contact forms
When you send a request or a question through one of the forms, Dinu receives the details you enter: your name, your email address, your WhatsApp number if you give it, your travel dates, the number of travellers, the ages of children and your message. He uses them to answer you and to prepare your offer. The legal basis is the preparation of a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The forms are sent by email. If no booking follows, your request is deleted after four weeks.
4. WhatsApp and email
If you write to Dinu on WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by WhatsApp, a service of Meta, under its own privacy policy. Emails to Dinu arrive in a Gmail account, so Google also processes them. You can choose the form or email instead of WhatsApp at any time.
5. Transfer to Sri Lanka
Dinu lives and works in Sri Lanka, so your details are passed to him there to answer your request and plan your trip. Sri Lanka is outside the European Union and there is no EU adequacy decision for it. The transfer is necessary to carry out the steps you ask for before a booking (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).
